9.5lbs in Sushi

I ate a lot of sushi last week (skipped as much rice as I could)

Well it's been one week and I am down 9.5 lbs.  I am sure the next 17.5lbs are going to be significantly more difficult.  I will be happy to lose a lb or 2 a week from here on out. 

Last week I consumed about 2k calories per day (compared to 4k) and did light exercise each day (compared to none).  Over the weekend I did binge a little (READ I ate anything I wanted this weekend), but I think that's okay.  I did snap right back into it this morning.

Xmas Tree Shaped

Good News: I have eaten between 1,500 and 2,000 calories every day this week.  Which means that I have cut my caloric intake in half.  I have not drank a single calorie since Sunday.  I have also done a few hundred pushups and squats.  Which compared to no exercise is probably pretty good.   

Benchmarks: I took some additional measurements before starting so that I wasn't just measuring weight alone.  I don't have an accurate bodyfat calculation.  I also set some goals. 

I didn't know what to set for goals so if anyone knows whether these are realistic or not please chime in.  All I know is that a 40 inch chest, 40 inch belly, and 44inch arse looks a little too much like a Christmas tree.

Kicked Day 1s Ass

So grand total for calories today = 817

2 Green Teas
Tons of Water
Greek Yogurt
Roast Beef
Vegetarian Chili
1 Egg and 2 Egg Whites
Kidney Beans

 Also did 70 push ups

However, I am not a fan of the caffeine withdrawal headache I am rocking right now

Benchmarking is Done

So all week I averaged a little over 4,000 calories per day.

Day one starts today, wish me luck.  So far I have swapped the Ham Egg and Chees on a Plain Bagel (w/cream cheese) and a coke for a Greek Yogurt and a Green Tea.

Day 1: Baseline

Food: Today was a typical day from a caloric intake standpoint.  Obviously this is something that will need to change.

20oz Pepsi
4 Cans of Coke
Ham Egg and Cheese/Bagel
Side Cream Cheese
20 Almonds
Pack of Twizlers
Chicken Quesadilla
French Fries
Cookie Dough Bites
Chili on White Rice

4,010 delicious calories and it's only 8:16

Exercise: Today's exercise involved walking from my car to work and back.

From 207lbs to 180lbs in 2 months

I currently weigh 207lbs and want to be 180.  I will worry about 6 pack abs and crap like that once I can do more than 7 pushups and/or run more than a mile without feeling like death...
