Day 1: Baseline

Food: Today was a typical day from a caloric intake standpoint.  Obviously this is something that will need to change.

20oz Pepsi
4 Cans of Coke
Ham Egg and Cheese/Bagel
Side Cream Cheese
20 Almonds
Pack of Twizlers
Chicken Quesadilla
French Fries
Cookie Dough Bites
Chili on White Rice

4,010 delicious calories and it's only 8:16

Exercise: Today's exercise involved walking from my car to work and back.


  1. I'm telling you, I lost 23 lb. in two months when I switched to diet soda.
