I am going to lose 27lbs before 2012. The plan is very simple. Eat less, exercise more, and track my results publicly in an effort to humiliate myself into shape.

Alright, epic fail since last Thursday (Halloween Celebrated in Marlborough).
I drank a lot of soda, ate chips and onion dip 3 nights in a row at like 10pm, and didn't exercise at all.
Normally I would blame Halloween, sleepless evenings, and a lot going on at work, but no excuses just plain epic fail.
The past 7 days I have had a complete breakdown of self discipline. As punishment I have decided to post some embarassing "Before" (read as RIGHT NOW) pictures this evening. I will take them when I get home.
