Xmas Tree Shaped

Good News: I have eaten between 1,500 and 2,000 calories every day this week.  Which means that I have cut my caloric intake in half.  I have not drank a single calorie since Sunday.  I have also done a few hundred pushups and squats.  Which compared to no exercise is probably pretty good.

Benchmarks: I took some additional measurements before starting so that I wasn't just measuring weight alone.  I don't have an accurate bodyfat calculation.  I also set some goals.

I didn't know what to set for goals so if anyone knows whether these are realistic or not please chime in.  All I know is that a 40 inch chest, 40 inch belly, and 44inch arse looks a little too much like a Christmas tree.

  1. Putting 4 inches on your chest before the end of the year would miraculous without some roids.
Your neck is probably going to shrink as well. You really can't add inches to your neck without getting fatter. You can add size to your trapezious with some very heavy shrugs but I wouldn't make this a part of your initial goal.
Calves are a very tough muscle to add size to. Unlike bigger muscle groups, calve muscles do not respond well to heavy weight lifting so it is difficult to add size rapidly.

    Hope that helps a little.

  2. Play field hockey; those broads always have sick calves.
